Dinner dash Flo on the go fantastically describes a situation where Flo is going for vacation with her friend Darla on cruise ship. Unfortunately her suitcase is lost and she has no cloths for the trip. As Flo is lucky in this case there is a job in the restaurant of the ship and Flo gets the job. The job will pay her a free trip as well as some money in cash.

The player has to help Flo in several manners such as to take orders from the new coming customers in the restaurant, clean table .Flo will need a helper for hanging out chairs and mop the floors. As the player make customer sit on the chair matching to their color the player gets some extra point and extra point is allotted for doing double tasks. There are many levels in the game as the player crosses each layer new things are achieved and additional equipments are added in the game.

As the game starts in the ship but gradually location moves to a train .In the train again Flo\'s suitcase is lost and she is in trouble .Fortunately she own a job in the dinner car and started earning money to buy new cloths. The matter is same here but some new characters are added for new touch like lovebirds. These lovebirds are very impatient and they start smooching and crass out the other customer in the dinner car thereby causing them to loose hearts. At each level Flo\'s location changes and this will precede at each step.
